After serving as a guest roaster, Café Pista has been a proud partner of Bistro Kaapeh Espresso since 2019. More than a simple commercial relationship, we have created bonds of trust and friendship with this team. We like to see Kaapeh as the equivalent of our own branches, a friendly neighborhood café where you can enjoy delicious coffee! So, not only did we help them acquire a magnificent La Marzocco Linea PB machine, but we also worked with Alberto and his team to develop a mixture specially designed for them. First exclusively sold on site in Sherbrooke, the Le Kaapeh blend is now available for sale via our online platform.

Kaapeh is a blend that lives to the rhythm of the coffee seasons. Complex and balanced, it combines the sweetness of caramel and lime, with notes of candied plum.
