Finca La Bendición

Located in the mountains of Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua, Finca La Bendición is the testing ground of Luis Alberto, an internationally renowned producer. On his 105 acres of land rich in biodiversity, he grows varieties like Pacamara, Caturra and Catuai. Thanks to sandy soils and abundant forest, conditions are perfect for producing exceptional specialty coffees. 🌿

Luis Alberto is no stranger to honors, with several Cup of Excellences to his name, including a 6th place this year. The care he takes at each stage, from picking to fermentation, is reflected in the quality of this coffee.

The natural Pacamara that we present to you has been dried on African beds for 25 to 30 days, revealing aromas of chocolate and plum, with a finish reminiscent of grapes. 🍫🍇
