Camellia Sinensis - Hojicha latte

Very popular in Japan, Hojicha is traditionally a green tea whose leaves have been roasted for a few minutes, transforming the typical vegetal notes of Japanese green teas into roasted, woody, and nutty notes.

Although excellent when consumed as hot tea from a teapot, it is the powdered version (rather than leaves) of this beverage, prepared as a latte, that is currently gaining popularity. The preparation is similar to that of a Matcha latte.

A tea that perfectly envelops you on rainy days. Try it with a touch of cinnamon or cocoa powder!
