What is the capacity?
20 to 80 people, depending on the setup (seated, standing, or mixed)
What is the minimum duration?
Minimum duration: 3 hours
Available time slots subject to calendar availability
What are the prices?
- $150 / hour — from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- $200 / hour — before 6 p.m. or after 10 p.m.
Please note: we allow the organization access 60 minutes before the rental, during which our team ensures the room is adjusted to meet your needs and handles the transition after the coffee service.
What is included?
Private hire includes:
- Furniture on site (tables and chairs)
- Tableware
- Sonos sound system
- Cleaning included (before and after)
- Projector on request
Beverages
We can operate the bar during your event — or you can choose to bring your own alcohol with a meeting permit.
Alcohol (prepaid package)
- Beer: $9
- Wine: $11
- Cocktails: $13
Depending on your event, drinks can be managed in different ways:
- open bar (drinks paid for by the host)
- drink coupons purchased in advance
- or individual payments at the bar
Food offer
We offer a selection of bites and platters suitable for events (cocktail-style, for sharing, vegetarian/vegan options available).
The exact menu and quantities are adjusted according to your group and the flow of the evening.

Service and management fees
18 % service and management fees apply to the total bill.
Booking and payment
The booking is confirmed once the submission has been accepted and the terms have been agreed upon.
The invoice is generally payable in full 72 hours before the event, depending on the package selected.
