This coffee reveals a bright acidity of blackberry, a sweetness of apricot, and intense floral aromas. Its more developed roasting makes it an ideal espresso but equally delicious in filter.

For the fourth time, we are pleased to present the coffee from Mohammed Aba Nura, a producer from the kebele of Omafuntulay, in Jimma, western Ethiopia. It is quite rare to be able to showcase lots from a single producer in Ethiopia, which is why we are very proud to offer you this coffee year after year. This relationship has been made possible thanks to the work of our importing partner Osito.

Mohammed Aba Nura is part of the Tokuma group, which brings together several producers from the region united to develop their expertise and knowledge, with the aim of making them more independent and providing the opportunity to purchase traceable lots from the farm. Once the harvest is completed, the Tokuma producers use the services and facilities of Mike Mamo and his company Addis Exporter for drying and exporting.

Mohammed's farm spans 37.5 hectares, at an altitude between 2000 and 2100 meters. He primarily cultivates the JARC 74110 variety, also known as Gibirinna, selected in 1979 by the Jimma Agricultural Research Center for its disease resistance and high sensory potential.
