1. Dose accurately: Use 25g of coffee to 400ml of water, or a ratio of 1:16. A scale can help you achieve perfect accuracy.
2. Water temperature: Heat your water to around 90-96°C for optimal extraction.
3. Pour: Slowly pour in circles, evenly wetting the ground coffee. Take your time, patience is key. Have fun with the variables to discover the impact on the extraction and the different flavors of the coffee.
